Daily Lift is a workout and training log published by Wak Inc. This page explains what the app stores, where it lives, and what leaves your device.

What the app stores

The app stores the training and protocol information you enter: workouts, exercises, sets, weights, and related log entries.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on your device, in the app's own storage.

What leaves the device

Nothing leaves your device unless you turn on the optional backup and sync feature. If you enable it, your data is copied to your own Google Drive account — your account, your files — so you can restore it or use it on another device. We do not receive a copy.

If you use the Wear OS companion, it communicates with the Daily Lift app on your phone. That exchange stays between your own devices.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. The app contains no advertising trackers.

Your control

Your log is yours. You can edit or delete entries in the app at any time, turn backup and sync off, delete any backup files from your own Google Drive, and remove all app data by uninstalling the app.
